Shrimp Scampi and Pasta

Ingredients
2 oz. dried spaghetti2 tsp olive oil1 tbsp chopped shallot1 clove garlic, minced1 oz. white wineShrimp, 4 oz raw1 tbsp lemon juice1 tsp parsley2 tsp parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
Start a pot of boiling water, add the pasta to cook to al dente. Meanwhile, add olive oil, shallots and garlic to a skillet over medium heat, cook until tender. Deglaze the pan with the white wine, add the shrimp. Put a lid on the pan and heat the shrimp through. Add the cooked pasta, lemon juice and parsley to the pan, leave it on the heat for a couple minutes so the sauce cooks into the pasta. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese
