Salmon Patties

Ingredients
I can pink salmon1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1 medium egg6 saltine crackers crushed2 tbs olive oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Make into patties and put into teflon frying pan with the olive oil. Fry until browned.
