13 oz Callebaut bittersweet chocolate1 1/3 cups whipping cream
Break chocolate into small pieces. Heat cream until almost boiling. (I did this over double boiler, but you could use direct heat or microwave.)
Pour half of cream over chocolate and stir gently until melted. Then add the rest of the cream. Pour chocolate on to aluminum foil tray on baking sheet. I poured first, then adjusted the foil so the chocolate was about 1/2" thick. Chill thoroughly, then cut into 1" squares. I had to estimate the # of servings, so it's not completely accurate.
