Egyptian Beans

fresh parsely chopped 2 c2 plum tomatoes chopped1/2 c diced mild sweet onion (like Vidalia)1/2 c low fat feta cheese crumbled1 tsp ground cumin1tbsp olive oiljuice of one lime (or 2 key limes)I can fava beans partially drained2 tsp ground cumin
Directions
heat on stove Fava beans and 2tsp cumin

Toss salas ingredients together in a bowl

Serve a scoop each of beans and salad. Eat with whole wheat pita.
