Ingredients
2 cups gluten-free rolled oats2 cups corn meal1/2 cup pitted dates1 medium banana2 Tablespoons aluminum-free baking powder1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 teaspoon vanilla extract3 1/2 cups wateroptional: 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Pour 1/4 cup at a time onto a heated griddle and cook as pancakes.
