Homemade Curry mac~n~ Cheese

Ingredients
Pasta 1 bxolive oil 2 tbspflour 2 tspSharp cheddar cheese, 1 cupveggie or chicken stock, 1cupmilk 1 cupcurry powder 2 tbsp or to taste
Directions
Boil box of pasta and set aside
heat 2tbsp olive oil in pan add flour stir until light brown then add in curry powder 2tbps and 1cup milk & 1 cup stock after thickened stir in 1 cup of cheese and cooked pasta.
makes about 6 1 cup servings
