Ingredients
3 8 oz pkg flake-style imitation crabmeat, chopped roughly1 c. diced red pepper3 scallions, finely chopped, white and green parts1 tbsp worcestershire sauce1 tbsp dry mustard1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp cayenne2 eggs1/2 c. mayo3/4 c. panko
Directions
Combine all ingredients except cornmeal and shape into 18 patties. Dip each patty in cornmeal and place on a sprayed baking sheet, then spray each patty lightly to aid browning.

Bake 20-25 min at 375, or until heated through and golden brown.

Serve alone, or on rolls with your choice of sauce. Cocktail sauce is great and low-cal.
