Ingredients
5 eggs2 T. non-fat milk1 C. steamed broccoli, chopped1 C. Diced tomoato 2 oz.feta cheese
Directions
Mix 5 eggs, 2 Tablespoons non-fat milk, 1 cup diced tomato, 1 cup steamed broccoli and 2 oz. feta cheese. Pour into greased muffin tin and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 16 min. Serves 9
