Pizza Ravioli Soup

Ingredients
Knorr Beef stock with 2.5 cups of water1/4 cup of Quinoa1 can of diced tomatoes1 can of pizza sauce1 can of water (use tomato can)1 can of Lentils3/4 cup of Red Bell pepper3/4 cup of Green Bell pepper1/2 cup Corn, frozen or canned3 slices of deli ham, choppedPizza Spice, to taste1/2 bag of frozen cheese ravioli (small bag - enough for 2-3 people)1/4 cup of Shredded Cheese
Directions
Add Knorr beef stock to 2.5 cups of water in a pot, bring to a boil.
Add 1/4 quinoa. Boil for about 10 minutes.
Add can of tomatoes and can of pizza sauce.
Add both peppers and corn.
Chop up the deli ham and add to pot.
Add drained can of lentils.
Add pizza spice. I use a lot.
Add frozen cheese ravioli and boil until cooked.
Stir soup and serve.
Add shredded cheese before eating.

Makes approximately 8-10 servings.
