Homemade Bean and Veggie soup

Ingredients
6 cups Chicken Broth or water, cold1 cup dry soup bean mixture1.5 cups each of celery, carrots, onions, diced.300 grams (half bag) frozen Europe's Best Zen Garden mixed vegetables. Or other.1 Tsp black pepper1 Tsp Mrs Dash seasoning (your fave, I like cajun)1 Tsp Oregeno
Directions
Rinse beans and add to boiling broth (or water) and simmer 60 minutes.
Increase heat to a boil and add veggies/spices/seasonings and continue simmering until veggies are tender. Enjoy.
