Barbecued Pork

Ingredients
2.5 to 3 lb pork shoulder roast1/2 cup water3 Tbsp vinegar2 Tblsp worchestershire1 tsp ground cumin or chili powderHomemade barbecue sause or 3 cups of bottled barbecue sauce
Directions
Trim fat fro roast. cut roast if necessary to fit in a 3.5 to 4 quart crockery cooker. add water and venegar, worchestershire, cumin or chili powder. cover and cook on low heat setting for 10 to 12 hours or on high for 5 to 6 hours. Remove meat from cooker; discard cooking liquid. Using two forks pull meat apaart and return it to the cooker. Stir in sauce. Cover and cook on high heat for 30 to 45 minutes or until heated. Yields 12 to 16 servings on buns.
