Ingredients
peel 4-5 tunips & slice thinlyslice onion thinlySalt & pepper to taste1 c milk2 tbs carbquik or flour
Directions
Peel tunips & onions & slice very thin. Place a layer of turnips covered by some onion & top with some cheese. Salt & pepper lightly. Continue to layer until all ingredients are used, about 3 or 4 layers. MIx milk & carbquik (or flour) & pour over layers. Bake at 375-400 for approx 1 hour or until turnips are fork tender.
