Vegetarian Bratkartoffeln (homemade)

Ingredients
Baking potatoes, olive oil, onion and garlic, feta cheese and fake bacon.
Directions
Boil the potatoes in water until cooked through. Peel skin off under cold running water and set out to dry. Cut up onion and garlic and saute until transparent. Then cut up potatoes and saute in oil as well. (can use same pan if big enough for onion and potatoes). After potatoes have some nice color on them, add the fake bacon (I microwave this and then just break it into pieces into the pan). Combine everything and add feta cheese allowing it to melt into the mix.

Ready to serve.
