1-1/2 C. Milk1/2 C. Canola Oil14 Oz. Tapioca Starch/Flour7 Oz.1 Tbsp. Salt1/4 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese2 C. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese2 Jumbo Eggs1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
Combine milk and oil in pot and bring to boil.
Add tapioca, corn starch, salt, parmesan, and mozzarella to boiled mixture. Let cool for five minutes.
Add eggs and baking powder. Combine and knead until a smooth well-formed ball is made.
Form into 1" balls and place on slightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes or until you can smell them and they are just beginning to turn a golden color.
