Crockpot Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
1 14.75 can of salmon drained, bones & skin removed1 box Kraft Stove Top Stuffing - Savory Herb2 large eggs1 cup water1/2 cup chopped red onion
Directions
In a bowl, combine stuffing mix, eggs, water, and onions. Add salmon and mix well. Transfer to crockpot sprayed well with nonstick cooking spray. Shape mixture into a loaf. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hour or until meat thermometer reads 160*. Makes 6 servings.
