Fruit Medley Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Nonfat milk1 Banana6 Oz Chobani Greek Yogurt1.5 Cups Frozen or fresh berries of your choice1 Scoop of Protein Technologies Soy Protein Powder2 Tablespoon Brewer's Yeast
Directions
Pour 1/2 milk and then spoon in enough nonfat yogurt so milk rises to a cup. Add milk/yogurt mixture to blender and add banana, berries, soy protein powder and brewer's yeast . Blend until smooth and add eiher more milk or water if consistency is too thick. As an option, I have also ground up a Kale leave and 8-10 parsley sprigs if I want to add more nutrients.

Pour into a glass and enjoy!.
