Ingredients
3 stalks celery1 medium onion3 cloves garlic1 t each basil, oregano, parsley (dried)32 oz. no-chicken broth2 cans cannellini beans15 oz can tomato sauce3/4 c water6 oz. bowtie pasta1 t olive oil
Directions
Saute celery, onion, garlic, and seasoning in oil until soft. Add broth, water, and tomato sauce. Simmer on low for 20 minutes. Add beans with juice and simmer until heated. Bring to a boil, and add pasta. Cook until al dente. For left overs, add 1/2 cup additional broth to loosen.
