sugar free chocolate cupcakes

Ingredients
*GOLD MEDAL® Flour, Unbleached, All-Purpose, Enriched, Pre-sifted, no chemical bleaching, 1 1/2 cup*Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 11/2 cup*Baking Powder (Clabber Girl), 6 tsp *baking soda, 2 tsp *Bakers Corner Baking Cocoa, 12 tbsp Hot Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) *Yogurt, Giant Eagle Nonfat Plain, 1 cup *Egg, white, raw, fresh, 3 serving *Egg, Fresh, 1 serving (Sugar free fat free jello cheesecake pudding(powder only), *Dream Whip Whipped Topping Mix (1 dry packet)Milk, 1%, 1.5 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Blend flour, splenda, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix very well.

In a seperate bowl make a paste of the baking cocoa and hot water. Add the yogurt and eggs and beat well until smooth.

Add dry ingrediants slowly and beat until completely smooth.
spoon approximately 1 1/2 tbsp batter in cupcake liners or muffin tins. . bake fom 9-11 minutes until toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean.
Makes 22 large cupcakes.

Frosting
1 package of sugar free pudding (any flavor)
1 envelope of whipped cream powder. ( can use sugar free I didnt have any at the time.)
1 1/2 cups of 1% milk (can also use nonfat)

Place all ingrediants in small boel .Mix to blend gradually increasing the speed to high. beat 4-6 minutes. Makes 3 cups.
