Asian Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients
One package ramen noodles, Oriental flavor2 Tablespoons Slivered Almonds1 Tablespoon Butter1 12 oz bag of broccoli slaw2 green onions chopped2 Tablespoons cilantro, finely choppeddressing:1/4 cup canola oil2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar3 teaspoons brown or white sugarFlavoring packet from ramen noodles
Directions
Put the ramen noodles in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin while melting butter in a large skillet over low/medium heat. Add a spray of cooking spray to the pan, and then add the crushed noodles and slivered almonds to the skillet and saute. Stir occasionally on medium low heat till lightly toasted and then remove and let it cool on a paper towel. Meanwhile, whisk together all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Place the broccoli slaw into bowl and toss with the noodles and almonds. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro. Can be served immediately or chilled. Serves 6.
