Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients
2-2.5 pounds chicken breast tenders (approx. 10 tenders)4 tsp. cornstarch1/2 tsp. ginger1 1/2 tsp. garlic1/2 cup soy sauce1 cup pineapple juice2 cups orange juice (or whatever combination of pineapple and orange juice you want to equal 3 cups)2/3 cup brown sugar
Directions
Marinate chicken overnight if desired in Kikkoman Teriyaki sauce. Mix all ingredients but chicken together. Pour over chicken in a large skillet. Cook, covered on medium low for 1 1/2 hours. Turn chicken 3-4 times. Uncover and cook another 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
