Ingredients
Ingredients:Wild Rice, 1/2 cupWhite Rice, long grain, 1 cupRoasting Chicken, light meat, 400 grams Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped *canned rotel tomatoes, 1 serving 10 cups waterSoup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 6 teaspoon Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Cilantro, raw, 5 tbsp Lime Juice, 3 lime yields *Avacado (Medium), 30 gram(s)
Directions
Chop green peppers, onions, celery, carrots and saute in cooking spray with water. Add rotel, 10 cups water, bullion, and rice. Cook for 20 minutes. Finish with lime juice, scallions, cilantro, and avacado.
