Diane's Homemade Spanish Rice

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 32 oz (remove)*Chopped Onion (2 tbsp/1 serving), 4 serving (remove)*Celery 1 cup chopped or 3 stalks, .75 serving (remove)*Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 4 tsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Stewed Tomatoes, 4 cup (remove)Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Brown Rice, long grain, 3 cup (remove)
Directions
Makes 10 1-cup servings
Brown hamburger & drain grease. Add chopped onions and celery and cook until tender. Add the rest of ingredients except rice, and bring to a boil. Add rice, cover and turn down heat and simmer with cover for 50 minutes. Serve.
