Bulgur Wheat Pilaf with cranberries

Ingredients
bulgur wheat - 2 cup dry4 cups waterdried cranberries - 1 cup
Directions
melt butter, add bulgur wheat and brown until golden brown. Add 4 cups of water. Add bouillon. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes (until fluffy) (on several occassions I added 2 green onions chopped for some extra flavor). Toss in cranberries. Let cool and eat away!
