Sweet & Spicy BBQ Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb boneless/skinless chicken tenders1 tsp olive oil3 tbs spicy BBQ sauce1 tbs cider vinegar1 tsp Worcestershire sauce3 tbs seedless blackberry preserves (sugar free)
Directions
Heat oil in a lage skillet over high heat. Add chicken and cook 4 min on each side. Combine remaining ingerdients and pour over chicken. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 3 to 4 minutes more.
