Braised Mustard Greens - Vegetarian Style

*Beef Base, Better Than Bouillon 1 tsp.*Colgin Liquid Smoke, .25 tsp Demerara Sugar, 2 Tbsp.*Bragg Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Purified Water, 2 cupsMustard Greens, 1 pound, cleaned & trimmedLand O Lakes, Unsalted Butter, 2 Tbsp.
Makes 8 approx. 1 cup servings
Melt butter in heavy saute pan over medium-high heat. Add chopped greens to the pan in batches tossing until wilted, then add more greens & repeat. When all of the greens are in the pan, add vinegar and cook a minute. Season greens with sugar & salt, add chicken broth to the pan and cover. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer greens 15 to 20 minutes or until tender as you like them.
