4 medium sized zucchini, sliced lengthwise into 4-6 strips1 cup sliced muchrooms1 can marinara sacue3 cups fresh spinach2 cups non fat cotttage cheese 8 oz fat free ricotta cheese 2 eggs 1 Tbsl garlic powder1 tbsp orenago
Mix eggs into cottage cheese. put small amount of sauce in a baking dish 6X 8 inches rectangle. layer zucchini, cheeses and spices with sauce, ending with sauce . add 1 cup mozzarella cheese to top. Bake 350 for 1 1/2 hours
