Carrie's Crunchy Granola Bars

Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats1 cup heavy cut oats1/2 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp salt1/4 cup raw almonds (slivered & toasted is nice)1.5 Tbsp olive oil1/3 cup pure maple syrup1/4 cup honey1/4 cup water
Heat oven to 350
1. Whir the 2C oats in a food processor until you have fine 'oat flour. Blend this with all other dry ingredients in a bowl
2. Add wet ingredients and stir.
3. Spray a 8x8 or similar pan with spray and press granola in. It works very well to use a 12 cup muffin tin. Each cup gets a scant 2T of mixture. If using a large pan, cut mixture into 12 bars.
4. Bake for around 30 minutes or until browned. Cut bars again while hot then allow to cool slightly before unmolding.
