Smokey Sirloin Tips w/Lentils

Ingredients
1.3 Lbs. Sirloin tips, cut into 3/4" pieces1 large yellow onon, roughly chopped1 medium green bell pepper, roughly chopped1 large sweet red bell pepper, roughly chopped1 15 oz. can crushed tomatoes1 15 oz. can petite diced tomatoes2 tsp. minced garlic1/2 tsp. liquid smoke2 tsp. Vegeta vegetable seasoning mix4 Tbsp. prepared BBQ sauce
Directions
Makes 8 1-cup servings

Put all ingredients except liquid smoke, vegeta and BBQ sauce in crock pot. Cook on high for 4 hrs, then reduce to low. Continue cooking for 3-4 more hours. Add excluded ingredients, stir and adjust seasonings in needed. Serve over rice (or not). :) Enjoy!
