Low cal. Banana Bread

Ingredients
2 large very ripe spotted bananas, 1 cup mashed1 , small 2.5 " granny smith apple , halved and seeded.1 large egg.1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract, more if you like up to 1 tsp.1 cup regular white flour3 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp cinnamon, more if you like1/8 tsp nutmeg, more if you like
Directions
This recipe can be made by hand or in a mixer bown. Mash the banana's (need at least 1 cup). These should be very ripe to bring maximum flavor. Add to mixing bowl. In a microwaveable dish. place the small apple. (no ;need to peal) that has been seeded and cored. pierce the skin. Microwave on high for 2 minutes until soft. let cool. When cool enough to handle, squeeze and scrape pulp in with banana. Mash this is apples are too chuniy. Should be like apple sauce. Add all wet ingredience such as egg, splenda (granulated or packet equivalant). Mix well. In a separate bowl. Wisk together all dry ingredience. Flour, baking powder and soda, salt and spices. Add dry bowl to wet bowl and mix well. Pour immediately into a sprayed loaf pan. Break up pecan halves over the top evely distributed. Bake 350 o for 30 to 35 minutes until tooth pick test clean. Cool 15 minutes before removing from loaf pan. Cut into 12 servings. Note can be made with apple sauce and with regular sugar, but will count as more calories than 75.5 per slice. Great for breakfast or a holiday outing or picknic. Stores longer in the refrigerator for about a week if it lasts that long.
Can be warmed for a few seconds in the microwave if desired.
