Mom's Potato Salad

Ingredients
7x Red Potatos10x Jumbo Black Olives Diced3x tsp Yellow Mustard1x cup light Mayonaise1x dill pickle.25 cup raw onionsPaprika1 Large Egg (hard boiled and chopped)
Directions
Boil Potatoes with skin for approximately 30 minutes (until the skin begins to peel off the potato). Remove from water and remove skins (carefull not to burn your fingers
Hard Boil Egg.
Chop pickles, onions, olives, egg and add to large mixing bowl. Add potatoes, mayo, mustard, salt to taste. Mix ingredients throughly.

Chill for 45 minutes.
