Cinnamon Coconut Granola Bars

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup sugar2 egg3-4 tbsp ground flaxseed4 tbsp honey1 tbsp coconut oil4 cups old fashioned oats2 cup flour2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp baking soda1/2 cup coconut
Directions
In a large bowl put: 1 cup unsweetened applesauce, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 3 tbsp ground flaxseed and 4 tbsp honey and coconut oil. Mix well.
In another bowl combine oats, flour, cinnamon and baking soda
Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well, fold in coconut.
