Asian Cole Slaw

7 cups Cole Slaw Mix12 oz Broccoli Slaw1 Cup Sunflower Seeds (unsalted)1 Cup Slivered Almonds2 packages Chicken or Oriental Flavor Ramen Noodles (uncooked)6 TB Olive Oil5 TB Seasoned Rice Vinegar7 TB Lite Soy Sauce
Mix Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Seasoned Rice Vinegar and seasoning packets from Ramen Noodles in small bowl. Set aside.
Mix cole slaw mix and broccoli slaw in large bowl.
Add almonds and sunflower seeds.
Crush uncooked ramen noodles in small pieces, add to bowl.
10 minutes before serving, pour liquid mixture over cole slaw and toss thoroughly. Serve immediately. Serving size approx 1/3 cup.
You can save leftovers, but ramen noodles will no longer be crunchy!!
