Golden Fish Cakes

Ingredients
1 lb skinless firm white fish fillets, such as Cod or Haddock1\2 cup dried bread crumbs2 green onions, thinly sliced1\4 cup chopped fresh parsley1 egg, lightly beaten2 tsp Dijon mustard1\4 tsp each of salt and pepper4 tsp canola or vegetable oil4 lemon wedges1\3 cup tartar sauce
Directions
In a Food Processor:

Pulse fish just until in small pieces but not a paste; transfer to a large bowl. Stir in bread crumbs, green onions, parsley, egg, mustard, salt and pepper. Shape into eight 1\2 inch balls.

In Skillet:

Heat oil over medium heat; fry fish cakes, turning once, until golden and hot throughout, 8 to 10 minutes. Serves with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
