Low Carb Thai Curry Keilbasa & Pepper stir fry

Ingredients
1 pkg turkey kielbasa, sliced3 cloves garlic, minced1 yellow pepper, sliced1 red pepper, sliced1 onion, sliced1 cup shredded cabbage1 bag broccoli slaw1 can waterchestnuts, drained and rough chop1/2 cup bean sprouts1/2 cup chicken broth12 tsp red curry paste (to taste)
Directions
Chop all vegetables, slice the kielbasa.

Heat olive oil and saute the kielbasa until heated through, remove from pan. Add onion and peppers, saute until desired doness, add garlic, water chestnuts and bean sprouts. Saute a couple minutes more.

Mix chicken broth and curry paste together. Add to pan with vegetables, add kielbasa back in.
