Goulash

Ingredients
1/2 lb 93% lean ground beef1/2 lb lean ground turkey1 Can Campbells Tomatoe Soup1 cup of 1% Milk1 Can Campbells Pork & Beans2 "handfulls" egg noodles (whole wheat if preferred)Salt, Pepper and Onion Powder to taste3-5 drops of Hot Sauce (optional) to taste
Directions
Brown Ground Beef & turkey - add salt, pepper and onion powder to taste. Once meat is fully browned, Add Tomatoe Soup and mix well with meat, thinning with Milk. Add the Can of Baked Beans and bring all ingredients to a boil Add additional salt, pepper, and Onion powder (if desired) as well as a few drops of Hot Sauce (optional) at this stage. Once all ingredients are boiling, add noodles - stire together well. Cover and lower heat to a low simmer. Stir occassionally to assure no sticking. Once noodles are cooked it is ready to serve. Serve with a salad and bread. Enjoy!
