Flax Sandwich Buns (Gluten Free, Low Carb, Grain Free, & Salt Free)

Ingredients
1 cup + 2 Tbsp flaxseed meal1 Tbsp onion powder2 tsp caraway seeds2 tsp sodium free, gluten free baking powder (Hain)2-4 drops Stevia (equivalent of up to 1 tsp sugar)6 large eggs3 Tbsp water3 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
Grease 2 muffin top pans (12 cups).
Mix dry ingredients.
Mix wet ingredients.
Mix together.
Divide into muffin top pans.
Bake at 325º 15-20 minutes. Cool.
Store in refrigerator separated by paper towels or in freezer separated by plastic wrap.
When ready to serve, split horizontally using sharp, thin knife or serrated bread knife.

    I like the convenience of this recipe in making a large batch. They don't last very long because my husband eats two buns for each sandwich. We like them very much, and I make this recipe at least twice a week. Very satisfying and delicious. - 9/23/13
