Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
Ingredients:4 cups of broccoli flowerets 1/2 cup chopped red onion6-8 slices bacon1 cup shredded cheese ½ cup sunflower seedsDressing:1 cup mayonnaise1/4 cup vinegar1/4 c sugar
Directions
1. Cut up broccoli flowerets into bite-sized pieces, leaving just a little stem. Cut up enough for about 4 cups of flowerets.
2. Add onion, cheese and dressing.
3. Refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight.
Opt. - Crumble bacon into bits, add to bowl and toss salad just before serving.

Makes 4 - 6 servings
