whole wheat pizza dough

Ingredients
1cup water1tbsp smart balance oil1tbsp honey2.5 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp salt1 tsp yeast
Directions
combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl
Knead dough for a few minutes add small amounts of flour if its sticky.
spray bowl with pam
place dough back in bowl and cover for 90 minutes to rise
Roll dough out onto cookie sheet sprayed with pam.
let rise addition 10 minutes
top with your favorite sauce and toppings
cook 400degree for 20 minutes
