Ingredients
Chicken Thigh, 6 , bone and skin removedZucchini, 1 cup, slicedCelery, raw, 1 cup, dicedOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedCarrots, raw, 1 cup, choppedStewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt, 2 CupsSalt, 1 tspJalapeno Peppers, 2 pepperRosemary, dried, .5 tspSpinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)Garlic, 3 clovesItalian Sausage, pork, 1 link, 4/lb
Directions
Prepare and combine all ingredients in large stock pot. add water to cover plus approx. 1 inch. Bring to a boil on high heat then reduce to low heat for until chicken is cooked through, approx. 35-40 minutes.
