Ingredients
Ingredients: 2 lbs. of frozen Hash Browns1 stick of melted butter1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper1 can Cream of Chicken Soup1 pt. Low Fat Sour Cream1/2 c. chopped onion10 oz. pkg. Shredded Cheddar CheeseTopping: 1 c. crushed potato chips3 tbsp. melted butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Arrange in a baking dish, 9x13 inches. Sprinkle with topping and bake for 1 to 1.5 hours.
