Taco Slaw

Ingredients
1/2 small head of cabbage, shredded (about 6 cups)1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (optional)1/2 red onion, finely minced1 large carrot, shredded1 TBS chopped fresh cilantro1 lime, juice1 TBS agave nectar (or to taste)
Directions
In a bowl, mix together cabbage, jalapeno (if using), onion, carrot, and cilantro. In a separate bowl, mix lime juice agave, and a pinch of cayenne (if you don't use the jalapeno). Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Makes 6 servings.
