lettuce, half head (any lettuce except iceburg)red cabbage, sliced, half cupcarrot one, slicedcucumber, half, dicedtomato, small, dicedsprouts, any kind, 1 ozsunflower and pumpkin seeds, raw, 1/2 oz eachsalt, 1/2 tspolive oil, 3 tbspbalsamic vinegar 2 tbsp (or any vinegar)
Chop lettuce and cabbage into bit sized pieces, which makes it easier to eat all this stuff. Luke and I make and our salads in 2 GIANT metal bowls, and eat from them directly.
