Creamed Curry sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cup heavy creamjuice of 1/2 lemon1 tsp curry powderpinch of sea saltpinch of ground cayanne pepper
Directions
I use the same pan I have seared and cooked my fish in. Pan is very hot,

pour the cream in, stirring as I add the remainder of the ingredients until thickened.

Spoon 1.5 tbs over fillet
