Ingredients
* Banana, fresh, 3 mashed * Flour, white, 2 cup sifted * Granulated Sugar, .25 cup * Baking Soda, 1 tsp, in .25 cup hot water * Salt, .25 tsp * Egg, fresh, 1 large
Directions
Sift dry ingredients, blend in wet ingredients. Bake at 350 F for 45-50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Makes 1 loaf (1 serving = 1 slice = 1/10 loaf)
