Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
2 Chicken Breast Boiled and Shredded2 cups Tomatillo Salsa1/4 cup Hatch Green Chiles6 corn tortillas (6" diameter)2 cups Shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese
Directions
Boil the chicken in water; remove and shred. Place shredded chicken in a large bowl and add tomatillo salsa and green chiles to the mixture. Mix until chicken is coated. Layer 1/3 of the chicken mixture on the bottom of your casserole dish. Then place two tortillas on top and then layer with 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat this two more times so you have a total of 3 layers. Bake covered at 350* for about 20-25 minutes. Then remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes or until cheese on top is melted.

This makes 8 servings.
