Simple Salsa

Ingredients
5-6 large plum tomatoesI good handful Fresh parsley (chopped)3 cloves Fresh garlic (smashed)1/4 cup EACH minced green pepper& onion1 medium Fresh lemon juiced1 tsb cumin3-4 dashes hot sauce
Directions
makes 4 1 cup servings

Chop all ingredients to the size you like...I like the tomatoes chunky but the green peppers & onions minced....combine and refrigerate min 4 hours...the longer it sits the more intense the flavors...I use this on almost everything; as a salad dressing, instead of ketchup on a turkey burger, as a snack with sweet potato chips.
