Blueberry Peach muffins

Ingredients
2 Cups All Bran Cereal1/2 Cup Oat Bran1/2 Cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup sugar1 Cup Plain Yogurt (ff)2 Egg Whites1/2 Cup Applesauce3/4 Cup Blueberries2/3 Cup Peaches, diced (drain if canned)2 Tsp Baking Powder1/2 Tsp Baking SodaPinch of salt1 Tsp Vanilla
Directions
Mix All Bran, oat bran, yogurt, applesauce, egg whites, vanilla, and sugar. Let stand a few minutes.

Mix flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Stir into wet mixture.

Add fruit and mix well.

Line muffin tins with paper cups, or spray tins with non-fat spray.

Bake 15-20 minutes at 400.

Muffins are done when they spring back when touched.
