1/2 c W W flour1 C flour8 Tbsp butter4 medium apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced1 oz lime juice3 Tbsp sugar
Cut butter into cubes, keep cold. Mix flours 2 Tbsp of the sugar and butter in a food processor. add 2 Tbsp of cold water and pulse till you get a compact dough. Wrap in plastic and store in the refrigerator. Drizzle the lime juice over the apple to prevent browning. Cover a tart plate with the dough and arrange the apple in a circular manner all around the tart plate overlaping 'till all apples have being used. Sprinkle with the last 1 Tbsp of sugar and bake at 375 for 30 min.
