Oatmeal Peanut Butter Banana Cookies

1/2 cup Smart Balance buttery spread1/4 cup egg beaters liqiud (1 egg)1 cup packed brown sugar3 tbsp truvia sweetener2 tsp vanilla extract1 mashed banana3 tbsp peanut butter1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1 1/2 cups flour1/2 cup oatmeal1/2 cup chocolate chips
Serving size = 2 cookies approx 2 inch
Recipe makes about 72 cookies
In a large bowl cream together butter and sugars. Add egg liquid and mix thoroughly. Add mashed banana, vanilla, and peanut butter.
In a separate bowl mix together dry ingredients. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Mix completely between additions. Mix in chocolate chips. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spoon teaspoons of dough onto cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. These spread like regular chocolate chip cookies. Bake for 8-11 minutes, or until golden. Allow to cool on cookie sheet before transferring to wire cooling rack.
