Peggy's Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients
Defrost the frozen strawberries, add the 5 packets of splenda over the strawberries. stir with a spoon. Put in a blender. Add one serving of Yogurt Yoplait Light 100cal, I used white chocolate with strawberries and a splash of Diet 7up. crushed ice for volume.
